Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Superb Customs! We want you to have a satisfying experience with your purchases. Please note, because your products have been customized with your personal information, we are unable to resell them.

Superb Customs is unable to receive returns on any custom products. 

Damaged and Item Shortages:

  1. To initiate a claim, you must contact our customer support team at 662-841-5645 or email us at info@superbcustoms.com 
  2. We will work with you to ensure you receive replacements or a refund. Superb Customs can only reship items that will arrive via standard shipping times. We cannot expedite replacement shipments at our expense. In the case where our customers discover damage or loss and normal delivery times are insufficient, we will provide a refund for missing or damaged items. 

Please note: Superb Customs does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Handling Shortages and Defective Items:

  1. Shortages: If your order is shipped incomplete, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will either ship the missing items at no additional shipping charge or provide credit for the missing items.
  2. Defects: In case of defective merchandise, Superb Customs will resolve the issue. We recommend purchasing enough goods to allow for some defective or damaged products (+5%). Defective merchandise totaling less than $10.00 will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account. Claims for defects will not be honored after 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
  3. Defective merchandise must be sent back to Superb Customs. Once the defective items are received, replacement merchandise will be sent, or credit will be issued. Returns without a Return Authorization number will be refused.
  4. Merchandise used for display, sold and then returned, or broken will not be considered defective, and credit will not be given for these items when returned.

Handling Damaged Packages or Broken Merchandise: If you receive a visibly damaged package, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please act promptly, as failure to file a claim in a timely fashion could result in a disallowed claim.

Close-Out Items Policy: Please note that we do not accept returns or claims on Close-Out Items. We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions before purchasing. No credits will be offered for defective Close-Out Items.
